About Partsmask Concrete and How Referrals Work

Who we are
Partsmask Concrete is a referral service. We connect homeowners with independent local concrete providers. That is the whole job. We do not pour, finish or haul anything.
Why this exists
Hiring for concrete is hard the first time. You search. You scroll. You still do not know who to ring. We built Partsmask Concrete to cut that down. Less searching. One place to start.
How matching works
You call and say what you want. A driveway. A patio. A stamped finish. Add your town and a rough size. You get pointed to a provider in the network that handles that work near you.
Then you talk to the provider directly. Availability varies by provider, so ask early.
What we expect from providers
Providers are independent businesses. We ask them to:
- Be honest about what they can and cannot do
- Give a written quote
- Follow local rules and permit requirements
- Treat homeowners with respect
The provider runs the job. The provider is responsible for the work.
What we do not do
We do not do the work. We do not set prices. We do not write your quote. We are also not a line for urgent problems or fixes. If you need concrete driveway repair, or you suspect a foundation problem, foundation repair experts may need to look first. Our focus is new concrete.
How we are paid
Homeowners do not pay Partsmask Concrete to use the service. A provider may pay a referral fee when we connect you. That fee does not change your quote. You agree on price with the provider alone.
Plan before pour
New concrete lasts when the planning is right. Think about size, slope, base and where water will go. Cold winters and freeze-thaw cycles are hard on slabs. Ask each provider how they handle it.
